|Recommended: NoNice living arrangement but terrible maintenance — We've been here over a year and love the build and feel of the community as well as highway access however, we've had constant problems with pests like wasps, birds, and spiders that haven't been deal with swiftly if at all at times. Multiple times we asked for help relocating bird nests that have gone unheard after several maintenance requests, phone calls, and personal talks with the people at the front desk. Now that the nests have eggs, we asked for them to help clean the stairs that are slowly becoming smothered in poop, but our requests are marked as complete with no actual changes. Last year, also, when thousands of wasps took over the stairway, we were told that they couldn't do anything for 2 weeks since their pest control had recently come by already. It was an emergency and we already pay 5 mo for this service, but they didn't care. I still have trauma from having to go up those four flights of stairs and praying I wouldn't get stung just to get home since their is no elevator, so we had no choices with the nest being on the roof out of reach to do anything ourselves. We spiders did get dealt with after a few weeks of waiting, but the property does no preventative care, so they let it become a huge problem. I'm so unimpressed with the management and maintenance teams, but since we're on the fourth floor and still like the location, we signed another year. However, with the way things are going again this year, I don't see us signing another year unless things improve.

|Recommended: YesUnite B311 — Parkway Lofts has been a solid place to live. The apartments have a cool industrial style with high ceilings and big windows. Maintenance is quick, and the staff is easy to work with. The location is convenient, and the amenities like the gym and rooftop are nice extras. No major complaints.

|Recommended: NoGreat Area Poor Service — The Location of the Premises is the best part about It. Staff are kind but not transparent, i was never given a key to my mail box, nor a password for the Package kiosk, i was told id get two covered parking passes and only got one. I’ve walked in to the office and requested maintenance and am still waiting been 2 weeks . They Don’t tell you you’ll be charged utility fees and have to pay utilities on your own and end up paying more on the fees than the actual gas or electric bill. 4 10 would not recommend, Regret moving in here

While we’ve considered numbered assignments in the past, we've found that keeping them open allows for more flexibility and helps accommodate guests and households with multiple vehicles.

|Recommended: YesThank you, Parkway Lofts — We're early in our lease but I saw this survey in the Resident Portal and decided to do it. I've had friends live here years ago and I've always dreamed of leaving here since. Management has been more than kind and accommodating and I'm appreciative of them and their quick answers to my many questions. They've all made the transition into living here so easy. I would recommend anyone to live here.

|Recommended: YesParkway Lofts provides great value — My wife and I have lived at Parkway Lofts for over two years now. We've used almost all the amenities, worked with maintenance to get things fixed, had many conversations with the ever revolving staff, and made friends in every building. I would say that overall Parkway offers great value for the cost. Not every apartment complex is perfect and neither is Parkway but I would recommend it if you want a nice place to live close to TRAX, UVU, and the Utah County area.
