|Recommended: YesOkay but could be better — The apartment is very nice and the staff are great making sure the tenants are taken care of. The lawns are kinda sad and covered in dog waste . The amenities are intermittent such as the theater room that hasn't really worked since I moved here bowling works occasionally the gym has multiple broken machines. Part of apartment life is noise but sometimes it sounds like my upstairs neighbors are trying to jump through the floor and the stairway door slams all day and night. So like the title it's okay but definitely could be better.

|Recommended: NoAbout it — The hallways and elevators of the complex are dirty and apparently have never been cleaned the trash left in front of the apartments makes the floor even dirtier. There is also a lot of animal urine around the complex. Since we moved in, we've had problems in our apartment and sometimes we wait for days for the maintenance team. But what is most disappointing is the dirtiness around the complex.

|Recommended: YesCleanliness — The apartments are wonderful we renewed our lease and have lived here for 2 and a half years. But we just moved into a new apartment and it was dirty, the carpet smelled like cat pee and had cat hair everywhere and i am allergic. Other than then it is good.

|Recommended: YesJust moved in — Just moved in and there was a lot of maintenance stuff that needed to be completed. I feel like it should’ve been checked prior to us moving in and there’s just a lot of little things.

If I ever have a question, problem, or concern they are fast, friendly and efficient.. and they are so kind and caring about us, not just as tenants but as I feel like family. we just signed our new lease for our 3rd year and we are very excited to be here for another year.
